What you must provide
A passport with at least six months validity from your date of travel and two blank pages. Two recent photographs on a white background, 4x6 cm, with the full face visible. A CNIC copy. A meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate issued within the last three years and at least ten days before departure.
Processing time
Five to seven working days in normal periods. Expect ten to fourteen in the weeks before Ramadan, when volume across all operators peaks. We submit through the Nusuk platform and share the permit as soon as it is issued.
Women travelling without a mahram
Women aged 45 and above may travel in an organised group without a mahram. Below that age a mahram is required and his relationship must be documented — usually with a nikah nama, a birth certificate (form B) or a family registration certificate.
Three things that cause delays
Name mismatches. The name on your vaccination certificate must match your passport exactly, including middle names. Old photographs. Anything more than six months old is frequently rejected. Passport validity. Five months and twenty-nine days is not six months.
After the visa is issued
Check every letter of your name and your passport number the moment you receive the permit. Corrections are straightforward before ticketing and expensive afterwards.
