1. Quotations
Every price we publish on this website is indicative and subject to availability at the moment of ticketing. Your binding price is the one written on the quotation your consultant sends you, valid for the period stated on it — usually seven days.
Airfare, hotel rates and Saudi ministry fees move independently of us. Where a cost changes before your deposit is received, we will tell you immediately and you are free to withdraw with nothing owed.
2. Payments
We do not process online payments. After you receive your quote our team shares bank transfer details, or you may settle in cash at our Gulberg office. A deposit confirms your seat.
A deposit confirms your seat and is applied against your final balance. The balance is payable before tickets are issued and visas are lodged. We issue a written receipt for every payment, whether by transfer or in cash.
We will never ask you for card details, one-time passwords or online banking credentials. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, it is not from us — please call our office number.
3. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the airline and hotel terms attached to your booking. Your quotation states the schedule that applies to your package.
Airline-imposed penalties, non-refundable hotel nights and visa fees already paid to the Saudi authorities cannot be recovered by us and are passed on at cost.
Name changes on issued tickets are treated as cancellations by most carriers. Please check the spelling of every name against the passport before you approve ticketing.
4. Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for holding a passport with sufficient validity — six months beyond travel for most destinations — and for the accuracy of the details you give us.
We prepare and lodge visa applications on your behalf but no agent can guarantee the outcome of a visa decision. Where a visa is refused, our service fee is retained and third-party fees already paid are non-refundable.
Meningitis ACWY vaccination is mandatory for Hajj and Umrah. Certificates must match your passport name exactly.
5. Our liability
We act as an agent for the airlines, hotels and ground operators named in your itinerary. Where one of those suppliers fails to deliver, we will act on your behalf to obtain redress, but our own liability is limited to the value of the service you purchased from us.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every journey, and it is mandatory for Schengen destinations. We can arrange it on request.
