Frequently asked questions

Visas, mahram rules, instalments, lead times and how our manual payment process works. If your question is not here, ask us — we will add it.

Hajj

Yes. We operate under Ministry of Religious Affairs approval and our Saudi arrangements are made through a licensed Mutawwif. Your Maktab allocation, Mina tent zone and Qurbani coupon are all part of the package.
In a shifting package your Makkah hotel changes at least once, usually moving closer to the Haram after the days of Hajj — this keeps the cost down. In a non-shifting package you stay in the same hotel throughout, which is easier for elderly pilgrims but costs more.
Every Hajj pilgrim attends a six-session course in Lahore covering the rites step by step, health preparation, what to pack, and what actually happens on each day. Family members are welcome to attend with you.

Umrah

Six to eight weeks is comfortable. Visa processing takes five to seven working days once we have your passport and photographs, and hotel rates near the Haram climb sharply inside a month. For Ramadan departures we recommend booking four to five months ahead.
A passport valid for at least six months, two recent white-background photographs, your CNIC copy, and a meningitis (ACWY) vaccination certificate issued within the last three years. Women under 45 travelling without a mahram need additional documentation, which our team will explain.
Yes. Tell us before ticketing and we will price the extension, including the extra hotel nights and a revised return flight. Extensions are subject to visa validity.

Honeymoon

For Maldives and Turkey, eight to ten weeks. For Schengen destinations such as Switzerland, allow at least twelve weeks because the visa appointment queue is the longest part of the process.
Always. Every honeymoon we sell is adjusted — different resort category, extra nights, a stopover in Dubai, a specific room type. Tell us your budget and we will build around it.

Flights

Frequently, yes — particularly for group bookings of ten or more, one-way tickets, and departures inside seventy-two hours. We hold contracted fares with several Gulf and Far East carriers that are not published on consumer search sites.

General

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 Pakistan time. WhatsApp messages outside those hours are answered first thing the next working morning.

Payments & Instalments

We do not process any payments on this website. Once you approve your quote we share our bank details for a transfer, or you can pay cash at our Gulberg office. A deposit secures your seat and the balance is due before ticketing.
On selected Umrah and honeymoon packages, yes. A deposit is required up front with the balance split over two or three instalments, all settled before departure. Ask your consultant when you receive your quote.
