1. What we collect
When you submit a form on this website we record your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and the details of the journey you asked about. Where you are booking Hajj or Umrah we also collect passport and nationality details, and optionally a scan of your passport, because the Saudi visa system requires them.
Our server additionally records your IP address and browser identifier with each submission. We use this only to identify and block automated form abuse.
2. Why we collect it
To prepare and send your quotation, to lodge visa applications, to issue tickets in the correct name, and to contact you about the specific journey you enquired about.
If you subscribe to departure alerts we will also send you occasional emails about new groups and offers. Every one of those emails can be unsubscribed from, and doing so does not affect an active booking.
3. What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone. We do not process payments on this website, so no card or banking data is ever collected here.
We share your details with third parties only where it is necessary to deliver your journey — the airline, the hotel, our Saudi Mutawwif and the visa authority — and only the fields those parties require.
4. How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and travel-industry record-keeping requirements. Passport scans are deleted once your visa has been issued and your journey has been completed.
Enquiries that do not convert into a booking are removed from our active systems after twenty-four months.
5. Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to cre8tivetravels@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
6. Cookies
This website sets a single session cookie so that forms can be protected against cross-site request forgery and so that staff can stay signed in to the dashboard. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
